Technician accountant

The technician accountant is in charge of bank reconciliations as well as maintaining the coordination reports and funding process updated.

Construction controller – Temporary mandate

The controller is in charge of ensuring the integrity, accuracy and reality of the company’s financial operations, they coordinate the production of multiple deliverables and participate in the development of financial management programs. In addition, they undertake the responsibility of material and computer resource management. This is a temporary mandate for a maternity leave replacement.

General manager

The general manager plans, organizes, leads and supervises residence activities. He/she strives to create value for residents, employees and shareholders, and manages human, financial and material resources under his/her responsibility. He/she focuses his/her management capacities on providing a positive experience to clients while maintaining high quality standards with respect to customer service, food services, cleanliness, safety and living environments.

Administrative assistant

The administrative assistant supports the general manager by coordinating his/her activities and managing the administrative aspects of projects. He/she ensures that clients receive quality customer service in accordance with the company’s mission. He/she also performs certain accounting duties as required by the general manager.

Receptionist

The receptionist performs tasks relating to the reception desk and other office duties. He/she greets all those who enter the residence (residents, visitors, suppliers, etc.) and provides customer service on an ongoing basis.

Rental advisor

The rental advisor oversees the rental of available units in operational residences, provides after-sales customer service, offers related products to tenants and follows up on potential tenants.

Head of maintenance

The head of maintenance coordinates the activities of maintenance and housekeeping staff, manages service requests and ensures that buildings are kept in good condition at all times. He/she performs various tasks relating to the maintenance and operation of the building and all of its components.

Heavy maintenance attendant

The heavy maintenance attendant performs floor maintenance and various heavy maintenance tasks in common areas.

Light maintenance attendant

The light maintenance attendant performs various light maintenance tasks in the residence’s common areas and apartments.

Facilities attendant

The facilities attendant performs various tasks relating to the maintenance and operation of the building and all of its components.

Social activities leader

The social activities leader plans, coordinates and facilitates sport, leisure or sociocultural activities for the well-being of the residents.

Head cook

The head cook plans and coordinates activities relating to the preparation and cooking of meals, and ensures an optimal use of food. Along with the general manager, he/she participates in the development of à la carte menus. The head cook prepares menus and takes inventory. He/she also provides training to kitchen staff.

Assistant cook

The assistant cook helps prepare meals and carries out the various tasks assigned to him. He/she works with the head cook and the cooks.

Dining room team leader

The dining room team leader manages the dining room’s human and material resources (interviews, disciplinary management, training, work schedules, event management). He/she also takes the orders from and serves meals to residents in the dining room.

Dining room attendant

The dining room attendant takes the orders from and serves meals to residents in the dining room, while providing outstanding customer service.

Nursing services manager

The nursing services manager plans, organizes, leads and supervises healthcare activities, and ensures that quality services are provided to clients.

Nursing services coordinator

Nursing assistant

The nursing assistant looks after the health and well-being of residents by providing healthcare and advice within the limits of his/her professional capacity.

Resident/personal care attendant

The resident/personal care attendant carries out tasks relating to the supervision, hygiene and well-being of residents.
